Workout logs, timers and pace plans
Mousepad can build the training tools you'd reach for between sets or before a run: a lifting log that totals each session's volume, a race pace table with splits, an interval timer for work and rest rounds, a leaderboard for a group challenge. Clone the one closest to how you train, then ask for your own exercises, distances or scoring.
Templates to start from
Each one is a working project from Browse, the studio's collection of templates. Try the preview in your browser, or choose Use this template to clone your own copy, which needs a free account and uses no credits.
Your copy then works like any project: you change it by chatting, add sign-in and saved data with Cloud, and publish it when it's ready.

Questions
Can the pace table use miles?
Yes. Race pace shows splits in kilometers or miles. Enter any two of distance, time and pace, and it works out the third.
How does the group challenge rank scores?
A friendly challenge scores by time, repetitions or distance, and sorts each the right way round: the fastest time first, or the most repetitions or the longest distance.
Can I log my own exercises?
Yes. Set by set logs any exercise with its sets, reps and weight, totals each session's volume, and compares the same exercise across sessions.
Can the interval timer keep more than one routine?
Work, rest, repeat runs one set of work time, rest time and rounds at a time. Ask Mousepad to add saved routines to pick from, like a short session and a long one.
