How to change your site by chatting, undo a change, try your app as a customer or staff, how many apps you can work on, and how to delete one.
How do I change my site?
Ask in the chat in plain words, like “add a page for our prices” or “make the buttons green.” You can also attach photos of your work or your shop.
Can I undo a change?
Yes. Open History and restore any earlier version. Restoring brings back how the site was, but information your app has saved, like bookings, stays as it is now.
How do I try my app as a customer or as staff?
When your app has sign-in, Mousepad makes a sample account for each kind of user. Use Sign in as… in the preview to switch between them.
What is Cloud?
Cloud lets your app keep information between visits, like bookings and orders, and lets people create accounts and sign in. Mousepad turns it on when your app needs it.
How many apps can I work on?
Free includes 5 unpublished projects; Plus and Pro have no limit. Free runs 1 build at a time, Plus 2, and Pro 3.
Can I delete an app?
Yes. Owners and publishers can choose Delete app from the studio menu or Settings. It takes the site offline and removes the app and its live database. Saved versions and backup copies stay stored, and a domain bought through Mousepad stays yours and keeps renewing while its renewal is on.
