Budget, bill and shared-cost tools for your own money
Mousepad can turn the sums you'd otherwise keep in a spreadsheet into a small app: an envelope budget, a list of subscriptions with their renewal dates, a split of who owes whom after a trip, a notebook of money lent to friends. Each one works from the amounts you enter, and you can ask Mousepad to change its categories, currency or layout.
Templates to start from
Each one is a working project from Browse, the studio's collection of templates. Try the preview in your browser, or choose Use this template to clone your own copy, which needs a free account and uses no credits.
Your copy then works like any project: you change it by chatting, add sign-in and saved data with Cloud, and publish it when it's ready.

Questions
Can I use a currency other than dollars?
Renewal calendar already takes a currency for each subscription and works out monthly costs separately for each currency. For the other templates, ask Mousepad in the chat to show your currency.
How does the trip split work out who owes whom?
Fair share takes each expense, who paid it and who it was for, then works out everyone's balance and suggests repayments.
Is the home payment sketch a loan quote?
No. It's an illustration: it works out a fixed-rate principal-and-interest payment and an amortization table from the principal, rate and term you enter.
Does the budget connect to my bank account?
No. Give every dollar a job is a budget you keep by hand: split your income across categories, record what you spend, and it shows what's left in each category and what you haven't assigned yet.
