Questions

Where is my app's information kept?

In your app's Cloud: a database, sign-in, and file storage that Mousepad turns on when your app needs them. The Cloud view in the studio lists your tables and who has signed up.

How do payments work?

Customers pay through Stripe Checkout, and the money goes to your own Stripe account. You paste your Stripe keys once; they're kept in your app's Cloud, and the AI never sees them.

Can I try it before customers do?

Yes. Mousepad makes a sample account for each kind of user. Use Sign in as… in the preview to switch between them.

What happens when my site gets close to its limits?

Mousepad lets you know at 80%. At 100%, new saves and uploads pause until you free up space or move up a site type. Your data is never deleted.
