Bookings that follow your real hours.

Appointment booking, class sign-ups, and appointment requests, built around when you're actually open. Customers pick a free time, and you see the day's bookings in one place.

An invented example: a sample business's order and the site it came back as.

Class bookings for our yoga studio with a limit on each class, a waitlist when it's full, and a page where members see what they've booked.

Example orders. The numbers and times on the tickets are invented.

How it works

  1. Describe how you take bookingsSay what people can book, how long each one takes, what it costs, who does it, and your opening hours. Plain words are fine.
  2. Try it, then change itBook a time in the preview the way a customer would, and switch to a sample staff account to see it arrive. Ask for changes, like a break at lunch.
  3. Publish itPublish and share the link. Customers book from their phones, and you see each day's bookings behind sign-in.

What a booking page comes with

Your hours are kept in one place, so the booking page and every other page on your site always agree.

Questions

Can I set different hours on different days?

Yes. Tell Mousepad your hours in plain words, with breaks and days off, and change them later by asking in the chat.

Can people pay when they book?

Yes. Ask for a deposit or full payment. It goes through Stripe Checkout into your own Stripe account, and the booking is marked paid once Stripe confirms the payment.

Can customers get reminders?

Mousepad can add text-message reminders through your own Twilio account, sent only to customers who tick a box to get them.

How do I check it before customers book?

Book a time in the preview, then use Sign in as… to switch to a sample staff account and check the booking arrived. Sample accounts work on your published site too, so remove them in Cloud → Users when you're done.

Let customers book while you work.

Describe what people book and when you're open, and Mousepad builds the booking page and the staff view behind it.
