How to get help, reach sales, change the language, invite your team, see who can change the plan or buy credits, and why you may sign in again.

**How do I get help?**

Start with these guides and help pages, or email support@mousepad.app. Free includes help docs, Plus includes email support, and Pro includes priority email support.

**Who do I talk to about sales?**

Write to sales@mousepad.app.

**How do I change the language?**

Pick English, Español, 简体中文, or 繁體中文 from the language menu. Your choice is saved to your account, so it follows you to other devices.

**How do I invite my team?**

Make a team workspace, then invite people by email from its Members list. Free is just you; Plus has room for 3 people and Pro for 10, you included.

**Who can change the plan or buy credits?**

Only workspace owners can change the plan, buy credits, or change billing.

**Why do I need to sign in again?**

Mousepad's studio moved to studio.mousepad.app, and sign-ins don't carry over between web addresses. Sign in again there and your apps are all still yours.
